In a large bowl, combine orange jello and boiling water. Stir until combined.
Stir in cold water, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Stir in pudding mix, and refrigerate for another 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened.
Fold in Cool Whip, mini marshmallows, and oranges. Enjoy!

Orange Jello: You can use regular or sugar-free. I used regular.
Instant Vanilla Pudding: Again, you can use regular or sugar-free. I used regular French vanilla.
Cool Whip: I used the extra creamy variety, but any will work fine. Thaw overnight in the fridge. If you're short on time, you can also thaw it in a dish of cold water for 30-40 minutes, changing the water out every 10-15 minutes.
Tips
Chill this mandarin orange salad before serving to allow everything to come together. It tastes even better the next day.
Mix gently so that the cool whip stays light and airy.
